Louise, the founder at Speech Bubble Languages, was looking to drive the business online through a redesign and extra features to help with promoting both the learning and teaching side of the business.
A focus was made on presenting the two sides of the business from the homepage, though also make each side of the business have their own page show like a front page, so that if they are directly shared, then they essentially focus on that side of the business and look like their own homepage in a sense.
As there are many existing licensees as part of the Speech Bubble Languages franchise, we wanted to make it possible for the owners of the regional areas to be able to login and update their own location content, without access to any other editable areas of the website.
I also encouraged the use of video and to share the story of students and licensees through testimonials and case studies, to show a human element of experience working with the company on either a learning or ownership level through teaching.
Contacted Kevin regarding a complete website overhaul. My existing self-built page was no longer fit for purpose as the business had expanded quite considerably. Spoke with a few other developers too, but Kevin just seemed to "get" exactly what it was I was needing, and, most importantly, was willing to explain everything clearly for me and not bamboozle me with tech jargon. Communication has been excellent both before, during and after the build and launch. Any snagging issues have been dealt with quickly and efficiently. Kev also put together some amazing "how-to" guides for me and the team so we can feel more confident in updating and adding to the site as time goes on.
