The company had an existing website, though it was rarely used for promoting the business in a way that could be used as a hub for contacting and finding out more in-depth information.
STEM uses a CRM and many different external recruitment sites to list job opportunities on, though their website was not taking advantage of pulling consumers directly there to view job opportunities or find out more about what the company offer.
Meeting with the directors, we identified the best solution would be to re-design and re-brand the website, with an integration in place that would allow jobs to pull through to the website and be a good reference point via social.
Expanding on services, background of the business, partnership opportunities and the ability to contact and upload your CV were advisories to enhance the engagement with the website audience.
